"Busy night but still easy to enjoy"
I went on what seemed like a busy night, but the lines moved way faster than I expected. The crowd never felt overwhelming, so if this is how they handle a packed evening, I’d say they’re good at keeping things moving.

"Good food and an easy night out"
We mainly went for the lights, but the food ended up being a nice surprise. We grabbed hot chocolate, fries, and a pretzel, and everything tasted fresh and was especially good in the cold weather.
The drink lines moved quickly, which made the whole thing feel like a smooth experience. Prices were definitely event prices, but not worse than I expected, and there was a good mix of quick snacks and more filling options

"Fun night, but parking was a hassle"
We ended up having a really fun night once we were inside, so to be fair, the event itself was worth going to. The atmosphere was good and we were glad we stuck it out.
That said, getting there was more frustrating than it needed to be. Parking was confusing, the signs weren’t super helpful, and we drove around for a while before finally finding a spot that left us walking farther than expected.
After that, getting into the venue was okay, but the entrance lines felt a little disorganized. Not a terrible experience overall, just something that could definitely be smoother, especially for the price.

"I felt like the tickets were pretty..."
I felt like the tickets were fairly priced for the experience. They weren’t exactly super cheap, but considering the lights and the amount of time we spent walking around and enjoying everything, it felt worth it. Overall, a fun night without feeling like we overpaid.

"Really fun night, but the crowds got ridiculous"
Went with my family we had a really good time. The lights were gorgeous, and the maze was actually fun to walk through. The food prices were a bit ridiculous, and the lines definitely got long later in the evening, but overall it still felt worth it. The kids absolutely loved the ice skating too. I’d go again, but probably on a weekday next time

It was such a fun night. The light displays looked amazing, and they had plenty going on to keep the kids busy the whole time.

"Nice staff, but the service felt a bit frustrating"
Some of the staff were genuinely nice, which I appreciated, but the overall service felt slow. I know places can get busy, but when you’re waiting around and not really sure what’s going on, it starts to feel a little frustrating. So my experience was kind of mixed, friendly people, but the service could have been smoother.

"Such an easy night out with the kids"
The kids had a great time, and it was just a really easy family night out... which is always a win. No stress, everyone was happy, and we’d definitely do it again.
